Thirty deliverables is not thirty units of work.

A deliverables list is a cross-product. Five aspect ratios, three languages and two cutdowns is thirty files, and everybody gets that far. The work is not the product — it is a sum of smaller products, one per task, over only the axes that task depends on. The edit is per duration and nothing else: two, not thirty. The crop is per duration and ratio: ten. The mix is per duration and language: six. The master is per everything. Forty-eight units for thirty files.

The engine is free and needs no account. Paste the axes and the pipeline and both numbers come back with the gap between them named — because people get this wrong in both directions, quoting thirty because there are thirty files or a hundred and fifty because there are five tasks. It also gives each task's blast radius: change one instance and what it invalidates is the product of the axes that task does not pin down, which is one multiplication and is answered by instinct roughly always. And it catches the axis nothing depends on, which multiplies your file count and adds no work at all. Every lane ships a worked example that costs nothing. Writing the report needs credits.
